Terms and conditions
By booking a photo session with Yarelis Zabala Photography , the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions.
1. The session date will be reserved only after receiving the corresponding deposit.
2. Sessions held outside of San Juan will have an additional travel charge, which will be communicated before confirming the reservation.
3. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in the cancellation of the session without a refund of the deposit.
4. If weather conditions affect the safety or quality of the session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. RAW files and unedited photographs will not be provided.
6. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks.
7. Additional photographs will incur an additional cost.
8. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
9. The presence of companions who do not participate in the session is not allowed, except with prior authorization or in the case of minors.
10. Applying filters or modifying the submitted photographs is not allowed.
11. The photographer may use the images for portfolio, website and social media, unless the client requests privacy before the session.
12. By booking a photo session, the client accepts all the terms and conditions established by Yarelis Zabala Photography.
